Three Step Rewind is a process which can be used to support anyone who has negative emotions attached to a specific experience from their past.

It isn’t therapy and I’m not a therapist.  Instead, 3 Step Rewind is a process which can help provide some relief from difficult emotional feelings associated with a past experience. It is commonly used to support someone with difficult feelings associated with their birth or feeding experiences.

We will work together over 3 sessions which will take place virtually, to help relieve some of those difficult emotions.

Investment: £50 per session, so £150 in total.
