This 20 minute online course provides an introduction to mindfulness tools and how mindfulness tools can support your feeding journey, using evidence-based research.
As well as the course video to watch, you will also receive access to the Digital Workbook which accompanies the course. The workbook includes a number of mindful feeding resources such as breathwork exercises, self-care planners, guided relaxations and affirmations. For expectant parents, there is also a copy of The Milk Hub Feeding Plan for you to complete before baby arrives.
