Beyond Birth is an exciting new group session for parents with babies of any age up to 12 months, which The Milk Hub proudly runs in collaboration with holistic sleep coach & parenting expert Lizzie Noble from Little Sleepers_Little Explorers.
The Beyond Birth classes focus on supporting parental mental health and well-being in the perinatal period.
The sessions provide support for parents as they transition to life with a new baby. Together, we explore different ideas and strategies which have been expertly blended by professionals to support your mental health and wellbeing with life as a new baby. The transitional period when a new baby arrives is one of the most challenging and transformative times in our lives, and with the support of the tools discussed in the class – we will help you to build resilience to help you cope with the challenges and enjoy the feel-good moments in parenting.
When does the next course start?
Following the taster sessions, the course will run at 10.00am on the 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th May.
The May course will take place virtually. From June, we plan to offer both a face-to-face option (hopefully on the beach!) and a virtual option. Spaces for the June courses will be offered to those attending the May course first, due to the high demand for the course.
How do I book the course?
Beyond Birth sessions are available to book as a 4 week block, or on a ‘pay as you go basis.’ You can book the course as a block booking for all 4 sessions in the May block, for £45.
PAYG places for virtual sessions are £12 each, and are subject to class availability – priority is given to those booking the course blocks. If you would like to book a the 4 week block, click here.
Demand for these sessions is high, so if you would like to be notified when the next course dates are available, please contact us.
