Booking Policies & Cancellation Terms

When you book a consultation or group session with The Milk Hub, the following cancellation terms apply.  For full terms and conditions please click here.

 

Cancellations

I wish to cancel a space on a group course booking

  • If you wish to cancel a booked space on one of The Milk Hub’s group courses, you must do this in writing to info@themilkhub.co.uk.
  • If you cancel your space more than 8 weeks prior to the course starting, The Milk Hub will make every effort to re-sell the space to another client.  If the space can be re-sold, then a full refund will be given to you.
  • If you cancel your space less than 8 weeks prior to the course starting, then we cannot refund the space.  This is due to administration work and venue fees (where relevant) already having been completed and paid for at this stage.
  • The final decision on whether a refund is applicable in each specific situation rests with The Milk Hub.

 

The Milk Hub cancels my space on a group course booking

  • If we have to cancel a course for any reason, a full refund will be given to you.
  • If we have to cancel your space on a course for any reason (e.g. we have not received requested information in-line with the named deadlines), then we have the right not to issue a refund.  Our decision on if a refund is suitable will be at our discretion and our decision is final.
  • We require certain information to be submitted prior to the course starting (usually 14 days in advance, but a minimum of 72 hours).  If this information is not received in time, we will cancel your space and no refund will be offered.
  • The final decision on whether a refund is applicable in each specific situation rests with The Milk Hub.

 

I wish to cancel a 1:1 support service including 3 Step Rewind, Feeding Consultation etc.

  • If you need to cancel your 1:1 session and can provide 48 hours notice – a full refund will be given & an alternative appointment will be offered at a mutually convenient time.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will provide a partial refund, in line with any costs incurred.  An alternative appointment will be offered at a mutually convenient time.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be provided.  Any further appointments will be charged at the full rate.
  • The final decision on whether a refund is applicable in each specific situation rests with The Milk Hub.

 

The Milk Hub cancels my 1:1 support session

  • If we have to cancel your 1:1 session due to illness etc, we will endeavour to find an alternative, mutually convenient date to reschedule the appointment.
  • If a suitable alternative appointment can not be found, we will provide a full refund.
  • We require certain information to be submitted in advance of any 1:1 session.  This is important because it enables us to adequately plan for our session, so that time can be spent on support.  This information is usually required to be submitted 72 hours in advance of a 1:1 appointment, or by the deadline advised in your confirmation email.  If we do not receive this information by the deadline, we will have to cancel the appointment.  In this situation, no refund will be offered and any future sessions will be charged at the full rate.
  • The final decision on whether a refund is applicable in each specific situation rests with The Milk Hub.
